menu changes daily to take advantage of fresh local produce.
- Local produce we utilise includes: fresh fish
and seafood; fresh meat (lamb, beef and pork etc); fresh fruit and vegetables (organic and
home-grown where available); fresh free-range eggs (home-grown where available); butter,
cream, cheese and other locally (Gippsland) produced dairy products; jams, preserves and
dressings (including "bush tucker" products);
preservative free home-made and locally produced "Bakers Delight" bread and
rolls; home-made dinner rolls; home-made muesli and other cereals; and local wines.
- You
will find between 3 and 5 choices in each course (except for the appetiser which is
fixed).
- We
make every effort to use our own house-grown organic produce when in season and source
other organic produce wherever possible.
