1. This form will represent only a query regarding a booking. Once this e-mail has been received by our staff, a return email will be despatched answering queries herein. A booking can be made by telephone +61 3 56832575, by facsimile +61 56832275, or via email to bookings@wpe.com.au. Be aware that in order for a booking to be confirmed cost and deposit/payment requirements will need to be confirmed ASAP. Email notifications of credit card are not necessarily secure. Please provide all the necessary details including e-mail, as confirmation can be sent over e-mail. Payments will be expected in accordance with the establishment's usual requirements. Also please provide your country's code in the phone and fax spaces below if you reside outside of Australia (in the USA please provide carrier information). Note booking will not be considered confirmed until deposit has been received/processed successfully. Any tentative booking made will be held for a maximum of 5 days (unless otherwise advised) and will not be considered confirmed until a deposit is received and processed.
2. Tariff (Applicable  1st May, 2008 to 30th September, 2008)
   
3. Check-In after 2pm. Check-Out before 11am. Other times by arrangement.
   
4. Deposit $100 per person. (Long Weekends $200 per person) In the event of cancellation, deposits will be refunded up to two weeks prior to the booking date. After that, deposit will be refunded only if the vacancy is filled. Deposits may be held against future bookings at the discretion of management.  If you wish to pay a deposit by cheque it should be made our to "Waratah Park Country House" and sent (within 2 days of tentative booking) to: Waratah Park Country House, Thomson Road, Waratah Bay, Vic 3959
5. Flying Visit Package cannot be booked via enquiry form.  Please phone +61 (0) 3 56832575 for enquiries. Full payment is required on booking. Fully refundable if cancelled by Microflite due to weather constraints. Subject to availability.
6. "Prom "Postcards" 3 day Package. Only applicable for bookings/stays between 16th March, 2008 and 31st October, 2008. 3 days must be 3 consecutive days.  None of the 3 days may fall within long weekends or on public holidays. Offer conditional on full payment/deposit being made by credit card (Eftpos, M/Card, Visa or AMEX) at time of booking. Or via cheque made payable to "Waratah Park Country House".   Cheque must be cleared (allow 5 days) before receipt will be issued and booking accepted. TWO OPTIONS:

   OPTION 1: 

   • If you wish to stay within 4 weeks of package purchase FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING - either via credit card (Visa, M/Card, American Express.) or via cheque (which must be received within 3 days of purchase).
   • If you MAY wish to transfer booking to another time/date (within the alloted period only) or to another person FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING - either via credit card (Visa, M/Card, American Express.) or via cheque (which must be received within 3 days of purchase.)
   • You will be sent a Gift Voucher entitling you to the package, along with a receipt for your payment.  Cheque proceeds will need to be cleared prior to voucher/receipt being sent.(Allow 5 days.)

   OPTION 1: 

   • If you wish to stay outside of 4 weeks from package purchase you can opt to pay a deposit of $285 with the remainder of package price ( $284) paid in full 2 weeks prior to stay - either via credit card (Visa, M/Card, American Express.) or via cheque (which must be received within 3 days of purchase.) Cheque proceeds must be cleared prior to stay.   (Allow 5 days.)
   • With this option, once your booking date has been agreed, your booking is not transferrable (to another date or another person).  DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
   • You will be sent a Gift Voucher entitling you to the package, along with a receipt for your deposit payment, also detailing the amount still owing.  Cheque proceeds will need to be cleared prior to voucher/receipt being sent.
