MENU 1

SAVOURY

  • Garlic Crostini - topped with pesto, bocconcini, sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil.
  • Baby Chive Blini - topped with chorizo sausage and caramelised onion.
  • Layered Vegetable Frittata - topped with hommus and olives.
  • Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls - with sweet chilli and cucumber sauce.
  • California Rolls - filled with sushi rice, chicken, cucumber, avocado, carrot and capsicum.
  • Toasted Sourdough - topped with home-made basil pesto, sauteed mushrooms and grilled proscuitto.
  • Ribbon Sandwiches - preservative free multrigrain/wholemeal bread topped with avocado butter and a range of toppings which may include:-

  • Herb Crumbed Flathead Tail Fillets and Chips - served in paper cones with lemon aioli and fresh lemon wedges.
  • Osso Bucco - with creamy garlic potato mash.
  • Chicken Bacon and Avocado Crepe Parcels - with herbed sour cream.

COLD

  • Snow Pea and Sweet Chilli Prawn Salad - on a bed of steamed jasmin rice.
  • Marinated Pepper and Roast Eye-Fillet Salad  - with char-grilled red capsicum mayonnaise.
  • Chicken, Spinach and Sun-dried Tomato Roulade - topped with parmesan and fresh herbs.
  • Cheese and Fresh Fruit Platter - a selection of local, Victorian and Tasmania cheeses served with tablewater biscuits, rice crackers and a selection of fresh seasonal fruit.
