Interested in a function, small conference or meeting at Waratah Park Country House, Waratah Bay? We will be more than happy to create a package to suit your needs and budget.

The Prom Restaurant at Waratah Park Country House, overlooking Wilsons Promontory National Park, can cater for functions (up to 75 people), seated or standing. Below you will find our current functions menus. The menus we offer are created by Paula, our chef, using the freshest seasonal, organic house-grown (where possible) produce and local suppliers. Special arrangements can be made to suit specific dietary needs and children.

With outstanding seascape views over Wilsons Promontory National Park and our selection of local, Victorian, and Interstate wines and spirits, Waratah Park Country House and The Prom Restaurant is the perfect location for your next function. Drinks are charged on a consumption basis. A venue hire charge usually applies for exclusive use of our venue. We are open for small conferences and meetings seven days a week (with complete accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner packages available) and open for functions (of 15 or more people) for lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. Evening functions are generally booked form 7p.m. till midnight. Luncheon functions from 12noon -3.30p.m.

Private Bookings will be held tentatively for a two week period, after which a deposit of $200 or 30% of the value of your function (whichever the greater amount) will be necessary to secure the venue. Corporate functions do not require a deposit, however confirmation in writing is required.

Final numbers for attendance at your function are required at least ten (10) days prior to the function. This will be the number for which you will be charged and is not subject to last minute change or cancellation. Absolute final numbers must then be provided within seven (7) working days. Increases on the day will be charged accordingly.

Smoking is not permitted inside The Prom Restaurant or inside Waratah Park Country House, however it is permitted outside or on the surrounding verandah which allows smoking guests a great seascape view over Wilsons Promontory National Park, Waratah Bay, Sandy Point and 12 Bass Strait Islands. Smokers are welcome to use this area which will be indicated by staff.

The Prom Restaurant at Waratah Park Country House, Waratah Bay, has a magnifcent seascape vista, and its attractive rural setting is the ideal venue to make your next celebration an extremely special occasion.
