Hommus, Antipasto "Snack"- $13.50 may include smoked salmon, proscuitto
wrapped melon, marinated olives, sun-dried tomatoes, marinated fetta, marinated mushrooms,
marinated artichokes, char-grilled capsicum, dip of the day (with tablewater biscuits),
and more. Cheese and Fruit "Snack" - $15.00 a selection of local, Gippsland, Victorian and Tasmanian cheeses (may include Gippsland Blue, Jindi Bri, Top Paddock Camembert, King Island Surprise Bay Cheddar etc) served with table water biscuits, fruit paste (when available) and fresh seasonal fruit.
